The specifications were in one sentence: to make a musical instrument from a raclette oven \/ scraper duo.<br>Everything becomes information: the positions of the scraper&#8217;s arms, the cheese, the temperature of the oven, the proximity of the scraper, the weight of the cheese and the plate&#8230; Then each piece of information becomes sound under the musician&#8217;s fingers.
