Foucault pendulum and clock (no. 24)
Prototype originally built (February 2004) to solve two questions: whether 3 Foucault pendulums hung on the same wall could synchronise their rotations, and also to measure the rotation of the earth by turning as a Bravais conical pendulum. It was then modified (October 2024) to be just a Foucault pendulum and a clock. The Bravais pendulum’s thruster was recovered to become an independent experiment.
