A record player that burns CDs.

The idea was to invent and create ex nihilo a complete sound system: microphone, recorder, player and speaker . All of this, of course, without buying a single component because we were in the middle of a lockdown in April 2020…

Invent: because each component had to be fundamentally original. Create: because everything had to be made with salvaged parts: two electric toothbrushes, two hard disks, two electric motors and a few pieces of plumbing and traffic jam chains, all without buying anything, even the slightest bolt. The aim was not to have the best sound possible, but to have my own. A sound full of defects, certainly, but so perfectible..
